Just use your touch-tone phone to call the Bank of Hampton Roads TeleBanc at 523-1100 and you'll have direct access to information about all of your accounts. There is no charge for this service and no limit on your use of it.

How to Use TeleBanc:

The first time you call TeleBanc at 523-1100, you will be asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your initial default PIN will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN) or your business's tax identification number (for a commercial account). As soon as you enter the last four digits of your SSN, TeleBanc will tell you that your password has expired. You need to enter a new PIN that is four to six digits long. Please choose a PIN that only you will know and is easy for you to remember.

Your Bank is offering TeleBanc to provide you with more convenience and greater access to your accounts. We do not ever want to discourage you from personally contacting one of our friendly offices. If you prefer to talk to your banker in person, we will always welcome your calls at 436-1000.
